Apollo finds you thousands of contacts. But can you legally email them? In the UK, you can cold email a limited company. A sole trader has to say yes first. In Germany, even businesses have to opt in. And UK fines now go up to £17.5 million.

Precleared checks every contact before it reaches a sequence. Connect your Apollo account in a couple of clicks. It adds four fields to your contacts: the verdict, the rule behind it, a signed receipt, and when it was checked. Check a list, your newest contacts, or switch on daily checks for everyone you add.

If you like, only contacts marked ok to email go into your sequence. Everyone else stays out. And every verdict comes with a receipt your client can verify. Precleared for Apollo. Free to start, at precleared.dev/apollo.

Manual or daily

Choose contacts by Apollo list or label id, creation date, or contact ids. Daily mode checks contacts created in the last 24 hours that have no Precleared verdict yet. Adding allowed contacts to a sequence is optional.

Data handling

Precleared receives the contact's email address, country, name and company name, your sender country, address source and product description. The name and company name are used only to find the company on the UK register, and the name is not stored. It never receives email content. Apollo access and refresh tokens are encrypted so the connection can continue until you disconnect.

Verdicts are decision support with sources, not legal advice. Meet the footer requirements in the receipt before sending. Do not send for consent_needed, blocked or unknown.
