Privacy

Precleared is run by a small UK business. This page says what we keep and why.

What we store

• The inputs of each check: the address or domain, sender country, pitch, address source and any flags you send.
• The facts we gathered: country, legal form, company details from the register, address type and mailbox record.
• The verdict and the signed receipt.
• For keys: the name, email, company, country and use you give us, a hash of the key, and daily usage counts.
• For keyless use: a salted hash of your network address to count the daily allowance. We do not store the address itself.

Public receipt pages

Receipt pages are public to anyone with the id. They mask the recipient address to its first character and the domain.

Third parties

The only third parties are Companies House (we send company numbers), DNS (we look up the mailbox record for the domain), the recipient's own website (we read public pages to find a company number), and Stripe for payments.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.

Deletion

To have a check, a receipt or a key deleted, email gabrielaoimevbore@gmail.com with the receipt id or the key prefix.
