What the service is
Precleared is decision support, not legal advice. Each verdict quotes a rule and a dated source. You decide whether to send, and you remain responsible for what you send.
What the receipt shows
A receipt records the check: the question asked, the facts used, the answer given and the time. It does not record or prove that an email was sent, or what it said.
Keys and use
Keep your key private. We may revoke a key that is used to abuse the service or other people.
Packs and payment
Packs are prepaid and do not expire. A pack is non-refundable once any of its checks have been used.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
